Three main components, Preparation, Presentation and Summary are
enhanced by the Safety Dialogue MEMO and the Pass It On Information/Off-the-Job.
Presented by your Supervisors or Team Leaders, Safety Dialogues
reinforces safe work practices, helps identify hazards and provides
feedback for a safe work environment.
Each Safety Dialogue session has four main sessions only 15 minutes
each. Through provided scripts, the Supervisor leads discussions
on the topic presented and participants have the opportunity to
submit written recommendations for changes and improvements.
